About the Role
We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to support our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this Registered Nurse leadership role, you will bridge the gap between daily clinical operations and hands-on, patient-centered care. This position exists to ensure the seamless execution of nursing services on your assigned unit, maintaining high standards of quality and safety while supporting the professional development of your team.
As a leader, you will collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to develop effective care plans. Your day will involve supervising nursing staff, monitoring patient outcomes, and initiating quality improvement initiatives. You will also play a key role in staff orientation, precepting, and ongoing clinical education, ensuring that our team remains skilled and compliant with regulatory standards.

Requirements
