About the Role
We are seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our team in San Juan Capistrano, CA, for a 10+ month contract. In this position, you will serve as a critical link in patient care by performing moderate to highly complex clinical tests independently. Your work ensures the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results that drive medical decisions.
You will be responsible for the full spectrum of laboratory operations, from preparing reagents and controls to evaluating new methods and troubleshooting equipment. This role requires a high degree of precision and adherence to strict safety and quality control protocols. You will also play a key part in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment while supporting the training and development of unlicensed staff.
