The Laboratory Support Technician is the backbone of our laboratory operations, responsible for the general management of all labs at BioAgilytix. This role ensures that our facilities remain in an audit-ready state at all times. You will be the primary point of contact for laboratory maintenance, equipment upkeep, and day-to-day support for our scientific staff.
In this position, you will manage the flow of laboratory supplies, reagents, and glassware, ensuring that scientists have everything they need to succeed. Your day will involve maintaining high standards of housekeeping, managing vendor interactions for calibration and biohazard services, and troubleshooting technical issues in a production environment. You will also assist in the setup and teardown of company events, bridging the gap between operational logistics and team culture.

Associate degree in biology, biotechnology, or related field. Experience in a GLP, GMP, or regulated facility. Knowledge of NetSuite, QCBD, and LIMS.
