ASP (Advanced Sterilization Products), a leading global provider of innovative sterilization and disinfection solutions, is a pioneer of low-temperature hydrogen peroxide sterilization technology. Our mission is to protect patients during their most critical moments by supporting healthcare facilities in the fight against hospital-acquired infections. ASP's products, sold globally, include the STERRAD system for sterilizing instruments and the EVOTECH and ENDOCLENS systems for endoscope reprocessing.
About the Role
This position is ideal for a proactive, relationship-focused clinical professional who thrives at the intersection of clinical expertise and strategic business support. You will serve as a key clinical partner to the commercial organization, collaborating closely to support business priorities and drive overall organizational objectives.
In this role, you will provide impactful education, training, consultative support, and formal presentations to ensure customers are confident in utilizing our solutions and achieving optimal outcomes. You will elevate customer success by delivering expert clinical consultations and high-impact education that empower users. Additionally, you will shape ASP's future offerings by serving as a clinical expert to internal teams, informing product development, identifying market trends, and amplifying the voice of the customer.
