As a Clinical Application Analyst, you will be the bridge between complex clinical systems and the healthcare professionals who use them daily. You will provide support for the configuration, design, implementation, and troubleshooting of clinical applications across inpatient and outpatient sites. This includes maintaining clinical information systems, scheduling systems, and lab interfaces.
Your day will involve participating in all project rollout phases, from onsite assessments and design to building, testing, and training end users. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of application functionality, reporting capabilities, and integrations. A key part of your mission is to effectively engage with end users to analyze workflows, optimize the user experience, and promote the adoption of new technologies. You will guide clinicians through solution demonstrations and design sessions, serving as a subject matter expert on clinical system recommendations and processes.
This is a remote role with 80% travel required to support various sites.
We are looking for candidates who are confident in their ability to make a difference immediately. If you are ready to join a team that values career growth and works together for the greater good of our patients, we invite you to apply.
