As a Clinical Application Analyst, you will be the bridge between complex clinical systems and the end users who rely on them daily. This role exists to ensure the seamless configuration, design, implementation, and troubleshooting of clinical applications across inpatient and outpatient sites. You will maintain critical systems including clinical information, scheduling, and lab interfaces, while guiding the organization through the transition from paper-based systems to electronic solutions.
Your day will involve engaging directly with end users to analyze workflows, optimize user experience, and drive adoption of tools like PowerChart, CPOE, and various reporting solutions. You will participate in every phase of project rollouts—from onsite assessments and design to testing, training, and Go Live support. Whether you are resolving clinical process issues, leading change initiatives, or serving as a subject matter expert on system recommendations, your work ensures that our technology empowers our clinicians to focus on patient care.

Active clinical license. Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, Health Informatics, or equivalent experience. Rehabilitation experience. Experience working in an Electronic Health Record environment. Understanding of rehabilitation workflow. Experience in complex healthcare technology implementations.
