As a Clinical Application Analyst, you will join a heart-warming journey supporting the configuration, design, implementation, and troubleshooting of clinical applications across inpatient and outpatient sites. You will maintain clinical information systems, scheduling systems, lab interfaces, and assigned projects. This role is critical for participating in all project rollout phases, from onsite assessments and design to building, testing, training, and supporting end users.
You will develop a comprehensive understanding of application functionality, reporting capabilities, and integrations. A key part of your day involves effectively engaging with end users to train them, analyze workflows, optimize user experience, and promote adoption. You will serve as a subject matter expert, guiding clinicians through solution demonstrations, design sessions, and training. You will also lead change initiatives required to transition hospitals from paper-based systems to electronic systems and ensure continued adoption.
This is a remote role with 80% travel required to support various sites.

Active clinical license. Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, Health Informatics, or equivalent experience. Experience in rehabilitation. Experience working in an Electronic Health Record environment. Understanding of rehabilitation workflow. Experience in complex healthcare technology implementations.
