About the Role
As a Clinical Application Analyst, you will be the bridge between complex clinical systems and the care teams that rely on them. This role exists to ensure the seamless configuration, design, implementation, and troubleshooting of clinical applications across inpatient and outpatient sites. You will maintain critical systems including clinical information, scheduling, and lab interfaces, while driving the adoption of electronic solutions in environments transitioning from paper-based processes.
Your day will involve engaging directly with end users to analyze workflows, optimize user experiences, and provide comprehensive training on tools like PowerChart, CPOE, and various reporting solutions. You will participate in every phase of project rollouts—from onsite assessments and design to testing, training, and Go Live support. As a subject matter expert, you will guide clinicians through solution demonstrations and lead change initiatives to ensure successful system adoption.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelors degree preferred in health related field or Health informatics or equivalent experience
- verifiedMinimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment
- verifiedOne to three years of experience implementing an EMR in an inpatient or ambulatory care setting
- verifiedActive clinical license preferred
Nice to Have
Active clinical license. Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, Health Informatics, or equivalent experience. Rehabilitation experience. Experience working in an Electronic Health Record environment. Understanding of rehabilitation workflow. Experience in complex healthcare technology implementations.
