As a Clinical Application Analyst, you will join a heart-warming journey supporting the configuration, design, implementation, and troubleshooting of clinical applications across inpatient and outpatient sites. You will maintain clinical information systems, scheduling systems, and lab interfaces while participating in all project rollout phases—from onsite assessments and design to testing, training, and end-user support.
In this role, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of application functionality, reporting capabilities, and integrations. You will effectively engage with end users to analyze workflows, optimize user experience, and promote adoption. You will serve as a subject matter expert, guiding clinicians through solution demonstrations, design sessions, and training. A key part of your mission is leading change initiatives to transition hospitals from paper-based systems to electronic systems and ensuring continued adoption.
This is a remote role with 80% travel required to support various sites.

Active clinical license. Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, Health Informatics, or equivalent experience. Rehabilitation experience. Understanding of rehabilitation workflow. Experience in complex healthcare technology implementations.
