This position serves as a vital leader responsible for managing the daily clinical operations, administrative functions, and financial activities of assigned clinical service areas. You will provide strategic direction in planning, change management, and conflict resolution, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality healthcare.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with physicians and other clinical leaders to foster an environment of professionalism and expert practice. Your leadership will influence the interprofessional team, mentoring staff to strive for excellence while managing revenues, expenses, and capital budgets. You will drive quality improvement initiatives, integrate evidence-based knowledge into best practices, and identify opportunities for program expansion that balance safety, outcomes, and social impact.
