The Registered Nurse (RN) – MedSurg/Telemetry serves as a vital member of our medical-surgical team, delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients with a wide spectrum of acute conditions. This role is specifically designed for nurses who thrive in a dynamic environment where constant monitoring is essential. You will care for patients recovering from surgery, managing cardiovascular and respiratory issues, and navigating complex acute illnesses that require vigilant observation.
In this position, your day-to-day involves a blend of technical precision and compassionate care. You will administer medications, perform detailed physical and emotional assessments, and interpret telemetry data to detect early signs of cardiac irregularities. Beyond clinical duties, you will act as a key educator for patients and their families, guiding them through disease management, post-discharge planning, and lifestyle modifications to ensure optimal recovery and long-term wellness.
Our mission is to provide safe, high-quality care that prioritizes patient comfort and recovery. We foster a collaborative culture where RNs work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary teams—including physical therapy, social work, and dietitians—to implement holistic care plans. We are dedicated to maintaining a safe environment through strict adherence to infection control protocols and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
To join our team, candidates must hold an active Registered Nurse license and possess the clinical expertise required for MedSurg and Telemetry units. Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, wound care, and emergency response (including ACLS) is essential. We value nurses who are committed to continuing education and staying current with the latest healthcare technologies and patient care protocols.
Qualified candidates are invited to submit their resume and cover letter through our careers portal. Our hiring process includes an initial screening to discuss your experience and clinical background, followed by a technical interview to assess your nursing competencies and fit within our team culture.
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
