About the Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) – MedSurg/Telemetry serves as a vital link in the continuum of care, providing comprehensive nursing support to patients navigating a wide spectrum of acute conditions. This role is specifically designed for those who thrive in a dynamic environment where cardiovascular and respiratory stability are paramount. You will be the eyes and ears of the medical team, managing patients with complex needs ranging from post-operative recovery to acute cardiac events, all while ensuring their safety, comfort, and optimal recovery.

In this position, your day is defined by the delicate balance of continuous monitoring and hands-on care. You will spend significant time interpreting telemetry data to detect subtle changes in heart rhythms, administering precise medication regimens, and performing rapid assessments to identify potential complications before they escalate. Beyond clinical duties, you will act as a trusted educator, guiding patients and their families through disease management, discharge planning, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term wellness.

Our Commitment to Excellence

We are dedicated to fostering a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous improvement. Our team believes that high-quality patient care is achieved through rigorous adherence to infection control protocols, proactive emergency response, and a collaborative spirit among interdisciplinary partners.
