The Registered Nurse (RN) – MedSurg/Telemetry serves as a vital member of our healthcare team, delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical unit with a specialized focus on telemetry monitoring. This role is designed for nurses who thrive in a dynamic environment where patients present with a diverse range of conditions, including cardiovascular issues, respiratory challenges, post-operative recovery needs, and other acute illnesses requiring constant observation.
In this position, you will be the primary advocate for patient safety, comfort, and optimal recovery. Your day-to-day involves a blend of clinical expertise and compassionate care, from administering medications and interpreting complex heart rhythms to collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to adjust care plans. You will play a critical role in detecting irregularities in patient vitals and responding swiftly to medical emergencies, ensuring that every patient receives timely, high-quality intervention.
