About the Role

As the first point of contact for customers, you will answer calls, texts, and emails, setting clear expectations and keeping people informed throughout their project. The goal is for every customer to feel like they're in good hands. Internally, you serve as the glue between sales, design, production, and installation, moving jobs through every stage of the pipeline. You will follow up with the team before things fall behind and catch problems before they become customer issues, ensuring everything stays tracked and up to date in the CRM.
