This position serves as a strategic leader for undergraduate recruitment at Brenau University's historic Gainesville campus. The primary mission is to oversee the recruitment of new undergraduate students within assigned programs while managing the undergraduate recruiting team. You will act as a key partner to the Vice President of Enrollment Management (VPEM), analyzing results and making strategic modifications to recruitment plans to meet enrollment goals amidst competitive and environmental challenges.
In this role, you will drive the university's strategic enrollment plan by establishing data-driven funnel goals, managing budgets, and ensuring efficient communication flows to prospective students. You will represent the Office of Undergraduate Admissions on the Enrollment Leadership team and university committees, ensuring that all recruitment messaging aligns with the Brenau brand and institutional policies.
