The Dual Enrollment Program Specialist serves as the operational backbone of the Dual Enrollment Academy (DEA) within Judson College's Academic Division. This position exists to bridge the gap between the college and K-12 partner schools, ensuring a seamless experience for students, parents, and educators. The role combines strategic recruiting efforts with meticulous administrative management to drive program growth and maintain high standards of institutional effectiveness.
Your day will be a dynamic mix of external engagement and internal coordination. You will frequently travel to partner schools to represent Judson College, advising administrators on course options and policies while recruiting students. Back in the office, you will act as the primary liaison for inquiries regarding applications, deadlines, and IT credentials, managing the program's general inbox and phone lines. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to data integrity—maintaining spreadsheets, processing grades, and building course materials within the college's learning management system. You will also support the Director of Dual Enrollment in developing marketing materials and ensuring all documentation meets accreditation standards.
Reporting directly to the Director of Dual Enrollment, you will work closely with the Admissions team, the Registrar, and IT staff. This role is critical for maintaining the college's reputation in the community and ensuring that dual enrollment students have a smooth transition into higher education. The position requires a high degree of confidentiality regarding student information and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their application materials to the Director of Dual Enrollment. The selection process typically involves an initial review of qualifications followed by interviews with the hiring team to assess cultural fit and operational capabilities.
Judson College is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, race, gender, or other protected characteristics.
