About the Role

We are looking for a Client Solutions Retention Representative who loves connecting with people and making an impact. This role is your chance to build relationships, create lasting solutions, and help businesses succeed while driving revenue and advancing your own career.

You will be the hero who keeps our small-to-medium business customers happy, loyal, and thriving. Your mission is to reduce controllable churn by solving problems, offering tailored incentives, and uncovering upsell opportunities that truly meet customer needs. You will serve as the primary point of contact for resolving service, pricing, and technical issues, ensuring customers feel heard and supported. Additionally, you will work closely with sales support to find the best solutions and provide valuable customer insights to the marketing team to help shape future strategies.
