About the Role

We are looking for a Client Solutions Retention Representative who loves connecting with people and making an impact. In this role, you will be the hero who keeps our small-to-medium business customers happy, loyal, and thriving. Your mission is to reduce controllable churn by solving problems, offering tailored incentives, and uncovering upsell opportunities that truly meet customer needs.\n You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling disconnect calls, billing inquiries, and service troubleshooting. Whether you are reaching out to customers nearing contract expiration to secure renewals or negotiating pricing and terms, your goal is to create lasting solutions that help businesses succeed while driving revenue.   • check_circleAnswer customer disconnect calls and resolve issues with creative solutions

Requirements

  • verified5+ years relevant experience or high school diploma/GED with 3 years experience or associate/bachelor's degree in related field
  • verifiedProficiency with computers and common business software
  • verifiedAssociate degree or technical certification in related discipline (preferred)
  • verifiedB2B sales experience with proven track record of meeting quotas (preferred)
  • verifiedBackground in revenue generation or customer retention roles (preferred)
  • verifiedExperience in communications industry or with major communications equipment vendor (preferred)
  • verifiedAuthorized to work in the United States
