As a Client Solutions Architect Manager in JP Morgan's Merchant Services team, you will be an integral part of a group dedicated to innovating and supporting the sales process for the technical adoption of comprehensive product solutions. In this position, you will harness your technical expertise to shape innovative client solutions and redefine solution-oriented success. You will act as a catalyst for transformative client experiences, collaborating closely with diverse internal teams to ensure the voice of the client is documented within product solutions. Your day-to-day involves developing viable solutions that add value to clients, tracking product usage to ensure results are realized, and serving as a liaison between clients and internal teams to guarantee successful implementation.
You will work at the intersection of technology and business, defining development requirements based on client feedback and collaborating with product owners to drive scale and enhance the client engagement experience. By articulating interoperability and documenting solution architectures, you will help align user expectations with product features while focusing on key areas such as UX control, authorization optimization, and fraud security. This role requires you to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the solutions offered to our clients.

3+ years of payments and/or merchant services experience working directly with clients and architecting client solutions and experiences. Degree in marketing, product, or computer science. Experience with technologies including REST APIs, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Python, SQL, SOAP, Snowflake, Splunk, mobile applications, and web experiences. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with project and program management tools such as Jira or Asana. Expertise with Cloud-based solutions and technologies. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
