As a Principal Engineer for Stablecoin, you will define and lead the engineering approach for solutions at the program or portfolio level, delivering significant business outcomes for Bank of America's stablecoin initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our digital asset ecosystem, focusing on complex features, secure financial blockchain applications, and the end-to-end design and delivery of the solution.
You will act as a "go-to" reference across the organization, providing technical thought leadership based on multiple software implementations. Your work will span the entire lifecycle of stablecoin issuance, lifecycle management, and settlement use cases. You will collaborate closely with Architecture, product SMEs, and development teams to ensure our engineering approach aligns with the larger payments ecosystem while leveraging deep expertise in Web3 protocols, distributed ledger technology (DLT), and decentralized system design.
