About the Team

The Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations (FFIO) technology team supports the critical infrastructure behind Fidelity mutual funds and other retail and institutional investment products. The FFIO team provides essential accounting and investment management services, including calculating and distributing Net Asset Values (NAVs), preparing fund financial statements, managing dividend estimates and tax returns, and processing corporate actions. The Shareholder Reporting team specifically supports the applications used by business partners to generate prospectuses, financial statements, and regulatory filings.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior IT Systems Analyst to join the Shareholder Reporting team. This position is ideal for a client-obsessed strategic thinker with deep analytical skills who thrives at the intersection of business operations, data, and product innovation. You will blend leadership and planning expertise with a passion for delivering results.

In this role, you will act as a self-starter championing collaboration and cultivating a close partnership with business stakeholders and development teams. Your work will involve crafting and implementing solutions on both client and server-side technologies, translating technical requirements and operational processes into intuitive, actionable product requirements. You will inform product strategy and delivery, from opportunity identification to solution design, while effectively conveying complex data and analysis to influence business decisions.
