About the Role
Tootsies is seeking a Front Desk Associate/Cashier to serve as the welcoming face of our luxury retail environment. This full-time role is essential for creating positive customer experiences, ensuring seamless transactions, and maintaining the high standards of service that define our brand.
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting them warmly and guiding them through their shopping journey. Your day will involve managing the front desk operations, processing transactions with precision, and handling inquiries with a professional and fashionably styled demeanor. You will work closely with stylists and team members to support special orders, inventory tasks, and store events, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
Schedule & Requirements
The successful candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and special evening events. A high school education or equivalent is required, along with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.

- check_circleConduct physical inventory and assist with merchandise look-ups and transfers
- check_circleResolve customer complaints and refer issues to management when necessary
- check_circleProcess transactions using point of sale system and handle various payment methods
