We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and committed individual to serve as a Client Service Manager at the Miami, FL Veterans Administration Medical Facility. As a Client Service Manager, you will be the primary partner to hospital staff, advising on how the Get Well system can drive and support patient-centered care practices. You will collaborate with hospital staff and internal teams to align on the interactive patient care blueprint for success. Your mission is to take the Get Well program to the next level by driving nurse engagement, focusing on increased utilization, and leading projects that deliver tangible outcomes.
You will serve as a dynamic communicator and relationship builder, understanding the nuances of internal hospital relationships to operate effectively and drive deliverables. Whether motivating staff through fact-based product understanding or triaging hardware and software issues, you will be the face of Get Well at the client site. This position offers a unique chance to make a meaningful impact on hospital outcomes and the lives of patients, including the 8 million U.S. military veterans served by our solutions.
