As a Quality Program Manager, you will serve as the steward of our quality assurance initiatives, ensuring that every step of our eye donation and tissue recovery processes meets rigorous FDA, EBAA, and other regulatory standards. This role exists to bridge the gap between operational workflows and compliance requirements, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
In this position, you will design and implement robust quality systems while collaborating closely with donor coordination, recovery, and processing teams. Your day will involve conducting audits, investigating deviations, and leading corrective and preventive actions to safeguard the integrity of our programs. You will analyze quality metrics to identify trends and partner with leadership to set goals that enhance our impact on the community.
Candidates selected for this role will engage in a structured interview process designed to assess both technical expertise and cultural fit. The process typically includes an initial screening, followed by a detailed discussion of past quality management experiences and scenario-based problem-solving.
