This is not a standard call-center position; it is a high-trust, front-desk leadership role where your voice directly shapes how customers feel about Thomas Edison Electric. As a Client Experience Coordinator, you will be the calm, confident voice that turns customer stress into certainty. Your mission is to guide clients through their service journey, transforming confusion into confidence and ensuring they feel valued, supported, and certain they made the right choice.

You will own the first and most critical moment in every customer relationship. When customers call because something in their home has broken, you are the person they rely on. You will build trust through empathy and active listening, handling objections with confidence to help people make smart decisions without pressure. You are not just a voice on a phone; you are the brand, representing the company with personality and care.

Future Growth

This position serves as a launchpad rather than a dead-end desk job. As you master the role, your opportunities will grow with you. Within six to twelve months, you will transition from answering calls to becoming a trusted resource for the leadership team. High performers have the opportunity to advance into roles such as Senior Client Experience Coordinator, Dispatch & Scheduling Lead, Office Manager, Operations Support, or Training & Quality Leader.
