About the Role

At Jeff Gordon Chevrolet, located in Wilmington, North Carolina, the Parts Department serves as the backbone of our service operations. This role is dedicated to ensuring the seamless flow of inventory, processing shipping and receiving tasks with precision to keep our customers' vehicles on the road. You will be the first point of contact for parts logistics, managing the receipt of inventory, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining accurate bin locations to support our team's efficiency.

Day in the Life

Your work will take place primarily within the Parts Department, requiring frequent movement throughout the facility and the outdoor car lot. You will be responsible for stocking parts and accessories, performing inventory test counts, and notifying the appropriate personnel of special orders. The role demands a balance of physical activity, such as moving and shelving parts, and sharp attention to detail to maintain CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) standards at or above company expectations.
