About the Role

We are immediately hiring for an outdoor role at our Kahului, Hawaii airport location. You will be one of the first friendly faces our customers see, helping set the tone for a positive travel experience. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment, enjoys staying active, and likes being part of a fast-paced team.

In this role, you will assist customers by managing lines, directing them to the correct locations within the operation, and answering questions with professionalism, patience, and a service-focused mindset. Your goal is to improve the customer's travel experience and provide excellent service. No prior experience is necessary, as on-the-job training is provided.

Hiring Process

To apply, simply submit your application. We are looking for individuals who are 18 years of age, legally authorized to work in the United States, and possess a valid driver's license. While 6 months of retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus, it is not required.
