We are seeking a bilingual Sales Associate to deliver exceptional service and create a positive buying atmosphere for our customers. This role is central to the customer experience, requiring you to leverage deep product knowledge and strong relationship skills to guide clients through their purchasing journey.
You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers understand vehicle equity, values, and depreciation while keeping them informed about the latest inventory, features, and accessories. Success in this position requires a balance of sales efficiency and genuine connection, ensuring that every interaction reflects our company standards and builds toward repeat business and referrals.
Your day will involve substantial interaction with customers, where you will listen more than you speak to decipher their needs quickly. You will analyze problems, clarify inquiries, and document requests to ensure they are addressed effectively. While you will work independently to establish personal income goals and devise strategies to meet dealership productivity standards, you will also collaborate closely with the team to maintain a cohesive environment.
You will be responsible for handling sensitive and complex information, exercising independent judgment to adapt company guidelines to achieve desired results. The role involves regular contact with others, including discussions on policies, negotiation, and presentation of programs. You will also manage demo vehicles and test drives, adhering strictly to all safety policies and procedures.
Candidates must be able to qualify for a Sales license and possess a valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). The selection process focuses on identifying individuals who demonstrate modesty, conscientiousness, and a strong achievement orientation.
