About the Role

This position is designed to maintain a clean and organized store environment with a specific focus on floor care. You will be the guardian of the store's presentation, ensuring that every area—from the sales floor and single queue to the backroom, associate lounge, and restrooms—meets our high standards for cleanliness and organization. Your day will involve operating specialized equipment like scrubbers and buffers, as well as performing dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning. Beyond the physical tasks, you will play a vital role in the store's operational success by cross-training in multiple areas to support business needs, responding to front-end coverage requirements, and upholding merchandising and signage standards. You will model our customer experience practices, ensuring that both internal and external customers feel welcomed in a safe, tidy, and welcoming environment.
