About the Role
This position is designed to maintain a clean and organized store environment with a specific focus on floor care. You will be the face of our commitment to a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every area of the store—from the sales floor to the backroom and restrooms—meets our high standards for cleanliness and organization. Your day will involve operating specialized equipment like scrubbers and buffers, as well as performing various cleaning tasks such as dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, and spot cleaning.
Beyond cleaning, you will play a vital role in supporting the business by being cross-trained in multiple store areas. This flexibility allows you to respond to Front End coverage needs, participate in store recovery, and uphold merchandising standards. You will model our customer experience practices, communicating effectively with management and associates while adhering to all operational, health, safety, and loss prevention policies. It is a role for a standout colleague who can multi-task, adapt to changing directions, and work effectively with peers to keep our stores running smoothly.
