We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Solo drivers enjoy a consistent, planned schedule with 100% no-touch freight. The average solo driver covers 2,000+ miles per week, with the top 20% of our drivers earning over $1,750 weekly. We offer a $4,000 sign-on bonus and performance bonuses to reward your dedication.
For those looking to maximize their mileage and earnings, our Team Drivers average 5,000 miles per week with starting pay splits ranging from $0.72 to $0.80 CPM. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus to be split between partners. Don't have a team partner? We can help you find the right match through our Team Match program, or you can bring a family member or friend on board. We also offer a sponsorship program for new teams.
Our fleet features newer equipment averaging 18 months old, ensuring reliability for your runs. We maintain convenient home-base terminals and provide 24/7 driver support to assist you whenever you need it.

To apply, you must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. Candidates must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. We maintain high safety standards, requiring no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI within the past 5 years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL), and no drug-related convictions or positive/refused tests in the past 10 years for CDL-A/CLP holders. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
