Class A CDL Company Driver

About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or partner with a family member or friend, we offer the consistency and support you need on the road.

Solo OTR Drivers

Solo drivers enjoy a consistent, planned schedule with 100% no-touch freight. The average solo driver covers 2,000+ miles per week, with the top 20% of our drivers earning over $1,750 weekly. We offer a $4,000 sign-on bonus and performance bonuses to reward your dedication.

Team Drivers

For those looking to maximize their mileage and earnings, our Team Drivers average 5,000 miles per week with starting pay splits ranging from $0.72 to $0.80 CPM. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus to be split between partners. Don't have a team partner? We can help you find the right match through our Team Match program, or you can bring a family member or friend on board. We also offer a sponsorship program for new teams.

Equipment and Support

Our fleet features newer equipment averaging 18 months old, ensuring reliability for your runs. We maintain convenient home-base terminals and provide 24/7 driver support to assist you whenever you need it.

Benefits and Perks

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, and Vision insurance with prescription benefits for employees and dependents. Additional perks include a 401(k) match, stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement. We also provide paid vacation after one year, paid orientation, and pet insurance. Application and Qualifications

To apply, you must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. Candidates must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. We maintain high safety standards, requiring no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI within the past 5 years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL), and no drug-related convictions or positive/refused tests in the past 10 years for CDL-A/CLP holders. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
