Class A CDL Company Driver

About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as Solo or Team OTR drivers. Our mission is to provide reliable, consistent transportation while offering a work-life balance that experienced drivers value. Whether you prefer the independence of solo driving or the camaraderie of a team, we offer a structured environment with predictable home time and consistent freight.

Solo drivers can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week on a 28-day out, 5-day home schedule. We offer 100% no-touch freight and a planned schedule that allows for real time off. Top performers in our OTR division earn over $1,750 weekly. For those looking to drive with a partner, our Team program offers an average of 5,000 miles per week with a starting split of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM. If you do not have a team partner, we assist in finding the right match through our Team Match program or can help sponsor a family member or friend to join you on the road.

Our Equipment and Support

We invest in our drivers by providing newer equipment, averaging just 18 months old. Our network includes convenient home-base terminals, and we offer 24/7 driver support to ensure you are never stranded. We also provide paid orientation to get you started smoothly.

Hiring Process

Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A License (CDL-A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. All applicants must pass a DOT physical and drug test. We maintain high safety standards, requiring no more than one preventable accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Drivers with a history of DUI/DWI or drug-related convictions may not be eligible. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire. Once qualified, you can discuss sign-on bonuses and performance incentives with a recruiter.
