We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet, offering competitive compensation packages designed to reward performance and reliability. Solo Over-The-Road (OTR) drivers can expect to average 2,000+ miles per week, with top performers in the top 20% earning over $1,600 weekly. For those interested in team driving, we offer a robust Team Match program to help you find the right partner, or you can bring a family member or friend along. Team drivers enjoy an average of 5,000 miles per week with starting pay splits ranging from $0.72 to $0.80 CPM.
