Recognized by Newsweek in 2024 and 2025 as one of America's Greatest Workplaces for Diversity, we are dedicated to making lives better, including your own. We strive to create an environment where you can become your best possible self. Our mission is to foster a purposeful and engaging culture that treats every resident with respect and dignity, recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence.
In this position, you will provide compassionate dementia care, delivering adapted activities of daily living (ADLs), meaningful engagement, and communication to residents following a person-centered individual service plan. You will serve as a vital partner to the care team, assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals while encouraging them to maintain their independence for as long as possible.
Your day will involve getting to know each resident's unique life story, preferences, and historical routines. You will initiate and lead engagement programs, such as the Solace program, to support socialization and friendships. Beyond direct care, you will maintain accurate daily records, monitor health and emotional conditions, and promptly report any changes to leadership. You will also ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment by performing general housekeeping and responding promptly to resident requests, including emergency situations.
The application window is anticipated to close within 30 days of the date of the posting. We encourage veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses to apply. To support our associates in their journey to become U.S. citizens, we offer to advance fees for naturalization application costs for qualified associates who have been with us for at least a year.
