As an Auto Claims Specialist, you will reassure customers and offer solutions with empathy and care when they need us the most. You will guide policyholders through their coverage and the steps to get back on the road safely. This role is designed for those who want to make a meaningful impact by resolving customer concerns and ensuring a positive experience during life's twists and turns.
You will manage incoming calls, collect accident facts, investigate claim details, and collect statements from involved parties. Your work will drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions, helping our customers navigate their claims process efficiently.
Work Environment This is an in-office position located at 2 Huntington Quadrangle, Melville, NY 11747. The role involves complete in-office training, followed by an opportunity to work 80% on-site and 20% off-site. You may also enjoy GEICO Flex, which offers additional weeks annually to work off-site, subject to meeting location and work guidelines.
