About the Role

As a Route Coverage Specialist, you are a key service professional integral to the success of our operations. This dynamic, fast-paced opportunity is designed for someone proactive, agile, and who enjoys variety. Your primary mission is to provide exceptional service by stepping in to cover delivery routes when Route Service Representatives (RSRs) are unavailable.

In this role, you will ensure our valued customers experience seamless service every time. No two days are alike; you will navigate different routes, weather conditions, and schedules, ensuring that clean garments, flat goods, and other products are delivered safely and accurately. You will also collect and secure used or soiled items for return, maintaining the high standards our customers expect.

While autonomy is key to your success, you will remain a vital part of a supportive team. You will collaborate with Service, Production, Sales, and Office Departments to support new account installations, assist RSRs, contribute to rerouting efforts, and handle collections. This role offers a unique chance to strengthen customer relationships through positive interactions, resolve requests independently, and even upsell services to enhance customer loyalty.
