As an Auto Claims Specialist, you will reassure customers and offer solutions with empathy and care when they need us the most. You will guide policyholders through their coverage and the steps to get back on the road safely. This role is about more than just processing claims; it is about resolving customer concerns to ensure a positive experience and driving customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.
You will manage incoming calls, collect accident facts, investigate claim details, and collect statements from involved parties. Working in a high-volume environment with measurable goals, you will adapt to shifting priorities and utilize your problem-solving skills to assist customers in the process of getting back on the road.

This role begins with complete in-office training. Following training, there is an opportunity to work 80% on-site and 20% off-site. Employees can also enjoy GEICO Flex, which offers additional weeks annually to work off-site, subject to meeting location and work guidelines. The office is located at 3535 W. Pipkin Rd, Lakeland, FL 33811.
