About the Role

This position serves as a specialized Insurance Claims Examiner and Adjuster, focusing on the complex intersection of litigation and risk management within the Allied Healthcare sector.
In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between the organization, third-party administrators, and outside counsel. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve administering the full lifecycle of litigation and claims, from receiving and reviewing documentation to coordinating internal and external reporting. You will conduct legal research under the guidance of the Director of Insurance and Risk Litigation or General Counsel, while also developing and implementing the policies and procedures that govern these critical functions.
