As a Claims Examiner specializing in Auto and Bodily Injury, you will analyze and process complex commercial and personal line claims. Your work is vital to ensuring timely resolution for people facing the unexpected. You will partner with clients, insureds, and brokers to review coverage, investigate liability, and evaluate the scope of damages. This role involves managing the litigation process for litigated claims, coordinating vendor management with independent adjusters, and developing action plans to meet state-mandated deadlines. You will also identify subrogation opportunities and support the organization's quality programs, ensuring files are properly documented and resolved according to industry best practices and specific client requirements.
