This role is designed for professionals who want to make a tangible impact on the lives of people facing the unexpected. As a Claims Examiner specializing in Auto and Bodily Injury, you will analyze and process complex commercial and personal line claims. Your work involves reviewing coverage, conducting thorough investigations, determining liability, and evaluating the scope of damages to ensure timely resolution.
You will serve as a vital link between our valued clients, insureds, and agents. The position requires managing the litigation process for complex cases, coordinating with independent adjusters, and developing action plans to meet state-mandated deadlines. Beyond the technical analysis, you will identify subrogation opportunities, manage risk transfer, and support the organization's quality programs.
