This role is designed for professionals who want to grow their careers within a caring culture that values work-life balance. You will analyze and process complex bodily injury auto and commercial transportation claims, ensuring timely resolution within service expectations and industry best practices. Your work will directly support our valued clients by evaluating coverage, investigating liability, and managing damages with precision and judgment.
In this position, you will partner with a team to handle the full lifecycle of complex claims, from initial investigation to final resolution. You will coordinate vendor management, including independent adjusters, and navigate litigation processes when necessary. The role requires clear conceptual thinking and excellent discretion to meet state-mandated deadlines and pursue subrogation opportunities.
