This role invites you to grow your career within a caring culture that values work-life balance. You will analyze and process complex bodily injury auto and commercial transportation claims, serving as a critical partner to our valued clients. Your work will involve reviewing coverage, completing investigations, determining liability, and evaluating the scope of damages to ensure timely resolution within industry best practices and specific client requirements.
In this position, you will manage the full lifecycle of complex claims, including litigation processes and vendor coordination with independent adjusters. You will develop action plans to meet state-mandated deadlines, pursue subrogation opportunities, and communicate effectively with insureds, clients, and brokers.
