About the Role
The Chief Information Officer (CIO) serves as a strategic architect and hands-on leader, tasked with planning, developing, and maintaining the information technology applications and infrastructure that drive the company's operations, sales processes, and communication needs. In this position, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy. You will be accountable for the management and development of the IT team, fostering engagement through coaching and performance management. Your day-to-day involves evaluating emerging technologies to determine their organizational value, coordinating the installation and upgrading of hardware and software, and ensuring the reliability of key platforms. From designing robust LAN/WAN and network systems to strengthening EDI relationships with major wholesale customers, the CIO ensures that all components perform seamlessly while maintaining strict security protocols.

You will lead the development of an IT strategy that maximizes performance and value globally, while simultaneously managing project timelines and budgets.
