About the Role
We are searching for a Data Reporting Analyst to transform raw data into meaningful insights and actionable reports. This full-time role is designed to support critical decision-making and performance optimization within our operations. You will serve as a bridge between complex network data and the stakeholders who rely on it, ensuring our services run smoothly and efficiently.
In this position, you will work within our Bismarck or Fargo office. Your day-to-day involves maintaining network device inventories, creating monthly reports based on OAM statistics and service level agreements, and setting up custom dashboards for customers and internal users. You will also troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with operations staff and third-party vendors, and manage alerting mechanisms to minimize downtime. Success in this role requires a blend of problem-solving skills, the ability to organize statistical data, and strong attention to detail while handling multiple priorities.
