As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will be the friendly face of our practice, serving as the vital link between our patients and our chiropractor. Your primary mission is to ensure a seamless patient experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. You will manage the front desk operations, handling scheduling, inquiries, and insurance verification with the utmost professionalism. This role also involves occasionally assisting with clinical tasks, such as diagnostic assessments, allowing you to contribute directly to patient care.
This is a part-time position with a flexible weekly commitment of 19.75 hours. The role requires a rotate schedule and flexibility to cover the following hours:
We are looking for organized, dedicated individuals who are passionate about customer care. A sign-on bonus is available after three months of employment. Please note that bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a strict requirement for this position.
