About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Spanish Language Instructor to serve as the dynamic force behind our language training courses in San Antonio, TX. This part-time, on-call position is designed to customize and deliver learning experiences that cater specifically to our clients' needs. You will create an unforgettable language learning journey by utilizing a diverse array of methods, including eLearning tools, interactive lectures, lively discussions, team exercises, case studies, role plays, and practical demonstrations.
In this role, you will tailor teaching approaches to match various student learning styles and conduct instruction through both synchronous and asynchronous activities. You will also teach ISO-Immersions and supplement lessons with contemporary authentic materials. Working collaboratively as part of a teaching team, you will partner with course developers, curriculum managers, and instructors to design and implement effective training programs. Your work will involve providing constructive feedback on student progress and ensuring all assessments align with course objectives.
Hiring Process & Application
To be considered for this position, candidates must be able to pass a NACI security vetting. Please note that onsite instruction is mandatory for this role. The position requires up to 10% local travel.
