About the Role
LSF is seeking talented Child Welfare Case Managers to make a tangible impact in the lives of others. In this role, you will provide full wrap-around case management services to clients and families, establishing deep, meaningful relationships while living out the agency's core values. You will serve as the integrator of all services and supports identified for each child, including therapy, mental health services, health and dental care, developmental services, educational support, and permanency planning. Your work will involve making trauma-sensitive transitions when necessary and ensuring that children and families receive the comprehensive care they need to thrive.
The Impact
As a Case Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for children and families during critical moments. You will collaborate with parents, Guardians Ad Litem, foster parents, and other pertinent parties to develop case plans aimed at reunification or other permanency outcomes. Your efforts will directly contribute to the safety and well-being of vulnerable children, ensuring they have access to emergency services, medical treatment, and stable placements when required. By maintaining a high level of energy and adaptability, you will help build stronger families and more vibrant communities throughout Florida.
