We have an immediate opening for a Chemical Operator for our night shift, based out of our Detroit, Michigan plant. This position is integral to meeting our production schedule by completing assignments and participating in daily huddles to discuss continuous improvement opportunities and visual production boards.\n The role typically involves 12-hour shifts on the night schedule (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM). The rotation pattern over a two-week period consists of three 12-hour days one week, followed by four 12-hour days the following week, or vice versa. Candidates must be willing to work additional days as required. Please note that initial training may take place on the day shift (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) until the associate is sufficiently trained to transition to the night shift.
