About the Role
As a Production Operator at our Cincinnati, OH facility, you will be a vital part of the manufacturing team responsible for the production of high-quality color and display solutions. This role focuses on the precise execution of batch manufacturing processes, ensuring that every product meets rigorous quality and safety standards.
In this position, you will manage the end-to-end production workflow, from gathering and weighing ingredients to combining them in designated sequences and performing preliminary quality checks. Your day will involve operating specialized equipment, including forklifts and tub washers, while maintaining strict inventory accuracy through SAP systems. You will also play an active role in plant safety initiatives, ensuring a secure environment for all team members and contributing to continuous improvement efforts by reporting near-miss incidents.

Requirements
