The Opportunity

This is not simply a back-of-house management role; it is a premier culinary leadership position at one of Orange County's most visible restaurants. As Chef de Cuisine, you will lead a large, high-performing culinary brigade in a high-volume, upscale dining environment. Your mission is to drive consistency and excellence across premium steaks, chops, seafood, and seasonal features while inspiring innovation that protects the integrity of a proven, high-performing concept.

You will set the tone for a kitchen culture that is disciplined, collaborative, accountable, and proud. Partnering closely with the Executive Chef and senior leadership, you will execute strategic culinary initiatives. This role demands that you be hands-on and present on the line, relentlessly focused on execution. Every plate that leaves the pass represents the brand, and your leadership ensures that standard is met.
